By using gcbservices.com or working with GCB Services, LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Who we are
GCB Services, LLC provides technical staffing and recruiting for software, data, cloud, AI/ML, security, and infrastructure roles. We are based at 8200 Greensboro Drive, Suite 900, McLean, Virginia.
Our services
We may introduce candidates, support contract, contract-to-hire, on-demand, direct hire, or temp staffing searches, and share information about open roles. Any placement, rate, or guarantee is confirmed in a separate written agreement. Website content is informational and is not an offer of employment.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep login or form submissions lawful, and not misuse the site. Clients remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, workplace compliance, and how they use candidate information we share.
Candidates
Submitting a profile or resume does not guarantee placement. We may review, store, and share your information with prospective clients as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that the information you send is true and that you have the right to share it.
Fees and billing
Fees, conversion terms, and payment timing are set in the client agreement. Website use itself does not create a paid engagement.
Intellectual property
Site design, text, logos, and other materials belong to GCB Services or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for normal browsing.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GCB Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. For staffing work, liability is limited as stated in the signed client or contractor agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies when it is posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
